Here is a quick sketch I made first with pen and then colored in Photoshop. I started to sketch if Popeye was drawn today but, you can find a ton of those online or Deviant Art so I just drew his trademark look with his number one nemesis . One of my all time favorite cartoon characters. I even love the Robin Williams version of The Sailor Man .
